Tribute, is our tribute to the galega olive, - the most Portuguese variety of all – and its olive oil so caractheristic and so ours. We seek to honor the ancient history of the olive oil in Portugal and the legacy of all the families that, over the centuries, worked with this variety in the olive groves, which we so much wish lasts a long time.
This is a 100% natural olive oil of excellence and has not been filtered in order to maintain all of its original properties.
Main Varieties: Galega.
Harvest: The Olive picking is done by traditional and also new mechanical vibration methods, when the olive is at it´s perfect maturation point.
Extraction: Cold extraction, by a two-phase decanter process, approximately 2/3 hours after picking.
Tasting notes: Medium fruity olive oil with ripe green olives, with notes of apple, olive green leaf and tomato, slightly bitter and spicy, with notes of dried fruits.
