From our Portuguese varieties, Galega and Cobrançosa, our DOP Ribatejo, Abrantes region, is the result of the best Portuguese varieties selection existing on the terroir. Monitored and certified , the whole production process has a quality guarantee Azeites do Ribatejo P.D.O. and Casa Anadia. This is a 100% natural olive oil of excellence and has not been filtered in order to maintain all of its original properties.
Main Varieties: Galega & Cobrançosa.
Harvest: The Olive picking is done by traditional and also new mechanical vibration methods, when the olive is at it´s perfect maturation point.
Extraction: Cold extraction, by a two-phase decanter process, approximately 2/3 hours after picking.
Tasting notes: Medium fruity olive oil of ripe olives, notes of apple, green olive leaf and nuts, slightly bitter and spicy and with a relatively persistent finish.
Formats: 500ml and 250ml
Maximum acidity: 0.2%
