The perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
Casa Anadia 1387 is an extra virgin olive oil that pays tribute to the year in which the history of Casa Anadia began. Produced exclusively from olives harvested directly from the tree, it combines the Galega, Cobrançosa, Picual and Arbequina varieties, resulting in an elegant, harmonious olive oil with remarkable character.
The olives are harvested using traditional methods supported by mechanical vibration, ensuring they never come into contact with the ground. Within just a few hours of harvesting, they are carefully processed using a continuous cold extraction method, preserving the fruit's freshness, aromas and natural characteristics.
